Paul Garza recently joined the River Authority in early 2025 and currently serves as the organization’s Financial Controller. In his role, he provides leadership and sets direction for accounting, budgeting, and procurement activities across the organization. Paul brings over 10 years of financial oversight experience in both construction management and real estate industries. Paul holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
