Ready for a weekend along the River? Pack your tent, grab your gear, and join us for a FREE outdoor camping experience at Helton Nature Park, June 5–7, 2026! What to know before you go:
- Campsites are limited to a maximum of 8 people and up to 2 vehicles per site. Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM, and during the day, please be respectful of other campers by keeping noise and music at a low level.
- Help keep the park clean by packing out all personal belongings and trash; a dumpster is available for waste generated during your stay.
- Campfires are permitted only in provided fire rings unless a county burn ban is in effect, and all fires must be attended and fully extinguished with water before leaving—do not use dirt.
Please note that the campground is located in a low-lying area that may be subject to flooding, so stay aware of weather conditions. If a warning siren sounds, evacuate immediately and meet at the pavilion. Bring your friends, respect the space, and enjoy a peaceful getaway in nature.
