Walking on the Wild Side with Nature 2024 Series

 

In preparation for the iNaturalist City Nature Challenge 2024 (April 26th-April 29th) the San Antonio River Authority and the San Antonio River Foundation are organizing immersive nature walks to help the community discover unique flora and fauna of the riparian areas in the southern basin of San Antonio River.

Free iNaturalist app citizen scientist training will be provided.
All ages welcome.

Nature Walk Dates:
• January 20 – Helton Nature Park. 9:00 am -11:30 am

• February 24 – Escondido Creek Park. 9:00 am – 11:30 am
208 N. Sunset Strip, Kenedy, TX 78119

• March 16 – Branch River Park. 9:00 am – 11:30 am

Virtual iNaturalist training. Noon – 1:00 pm
