DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the spirit and magic of rhythm expressed through our Community Drum Circle. Drumming in a group setting is good for the mind and body and can produce feelings of well-being\, boost the immune system\, lower blood pressure\, and reduce stress. \nJoin us at the Plaza de Fundacion at San Pedro Creek on Tuesday\, November 12th at 7:00 pm for a FREE workshop with David and Cameron Montalvo who will teach the art of the Djembe Drum and guide participants through healing rhythms. \nFree parking is located at the Columbus Society parking lot at 679 Columbus St. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring water and a lawn chair to the event. \nInvite Family & Friends to make this an evening to remember! \nTuesday\, November 12th\, 2024\nPlaza de Fundacion at San Pedro Creek Culture Park\n7:00PM-8:00PM
