Leamon Anderson is the Utilities Manager and has been with the San Antonio River Authority since July 2021. His leadership includes overseeing the utilities operations and managing infrastructure improvements to the wastewater systems.
Leamon’s experience includes serving as the Director of Distribution and Collection Operations for San Antonio Water System (SAWS) and the Group Operations Officer for SAWS Distribution and Collection Operations. Leamon also has extensive experience in financial sales and service.
Leamon holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from McNeese State University. He is a participant in the 2021 North SA Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab and is pursuing a PMP certification.
Leamon is originally from Lumberton, Texas. He is happily married to his wife of ten years and has two daughters. Leamon enjoys running, weight training, hunting, fishing, being outdoors and watching his daughters play softball and soccer.
